Shipping Options
Pop-the-top Trading Post uses a variety of shipping arrangements to help better serve your needs. But since we use a variety of supply houses, we also have arrangements to ship different items from different locations.
Because items may be coming from different locations, shipping fees will be calculated based on where the product is being shipped from.
At time of checkout, you will be given an opportunity to choose the available shipping option of your choice and the fees associated will be displayed. The shipping fees shown are actual fees obtained directly from the shipping companies, based on location, weight and package size. We do not inflate our shipping fees, nor do we charge extra handling fees.
International Shipping
At this time, International shipping is limited as some of our supply houses do not ship outside the US. In this case, your order will be shipped to our main headquarters and then be shipped to the shipping address you provide with your order and additional shipping fees may be required.
The additional shipping fees start at $6.85 and go up from there, depending on the products ordered and your location. You must add approximately one week to the shipping arrival time for all non US destinations due to this.
Backordered Items
Items on backorder usually ships within 5 to 7 business days. During checkout, we give you an opportunity to let us know how you would prefer to have your order handled in case any of your products are on backorder or become unavailable prior to your order being processed.
If any items are on backorder or become unavailable prior to your order being processed, we will follow your instructions as submitted to us with your order.
If you choose for us to ship in-stock items at time of order and ship backordered items (if any) as they become available, additional shipping charges will apply to cover the multiple shipments based on location, weight and package size.
If your payment method is by credit card, we will add those additional shipping fees to your credit card and notify you of the additional charges. If payment was made by PayPal or any other online payment service, we will submit a payment request through them for the additional charges. If payment was by check or money order, we will hold your order until the additional charges are received.
Customs
When ordering from outside the US, you will be considered the Importer of Record and any import duties or taxes levied on your package will be your responsibility. We can't predict what these charges may be. Contact your local customs office for further information.
Missing Items
After a reasonable time, if your order or part of your order fails to arrive, please send an email to our Sales Department. We will launch an immediate investigation in order to help resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please note that many orders will arrive as multiple shipments and some items may have longer delivery times. |
