Return Policy
In order to ensure your satisfaction, any undamaged, unopened or unused item in the original condition may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the original merchandise price and sales tax if applicable. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are your responsibility unless the return is for a warranty exchange.
Return Procedures
Any item being returned must be undamaged, unopened or in new, unused condition with the original packaging and accessories. You must contact our Sales Department for further instructions. Provide as much information as possible to help locate the original order, including your name, address, your order number, date of purchase and what your reason is for the return. The order number and order date can be found on the invoice that was e-mailed to you or by logging into your account.
You will be contacted by e-mail as soon as possible with further instructions, if any, usually within 24 to 48 hours. A refund will be issued as soon as the returned item has been received and processed if returning for a refund. Warranty exchanges will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any item received by you in damaged or defective condition may be returned or exchanged at no cost to you within 7 days of your receipt. Please note that manufacture warranties apply for all items and your item may need to be returned to the manufacturer. You must contact us by sending an email to our prior to sending your item back.
An RMA number will be issued and this number must be displayed on the outside of your returned package. Provide as much information as possible to help locate the original order, including the order number, your name, address, phone number, email address, and date of purchase. The order number and order date can be found on the invoice that was e-mailed to you. We also need to know what your reason is for the return.
Any items returned without an RMA number on the package will be shipped back to the return address on the package. |
